It has finally happened! My blog and website are now up and running! I am extremely, immensely, and intensely excited about this, people!!!
I have a website! Yeah!!
Well, I guess it’s not so uncommon to have a website these days, I mean there are websites totally dedicated to llamas for goodness sakes! Anyway I had a great day today. Our class had critique of our Phase 3 photos that we have so far and my teacher Dick D’Alessandro loved every single one of mine. I was so relieved! He has kinda become my mentor while I’ve been here at Hallmark. We always talk about the south and southern food, the beach and all kinds of stuff. He always gives me encouragement and great advice when I am in the commercial studio. I respect him a lot.
Today I went to CVS and saw an elderly man buying nearly 10 boxes of Kleenex and he smelled like Bengay, which totally reminded me of my grandfather that passed away a few years ago. That moment was comforting today somehow.
